Damaris is incredibly hard working and enjoys outstanding people skills. She certainly goes the extra mile for her clients. "Initially, we were quite happy with Daryl and his team. I carried our auto policies, homeowners policy, and my business policy all through this local State Farm agent office. Unfortunately, over the last 12 months, it seems as though we kept having issues with the automatic billing (and a few other minor issues). Every time we called in it would take 3-4+ phone calls to resolve, but then a new issue would pop up a few weeks later and start the cycle over again. They don't respond timely to requests by phone, email or via the 24-hour service center requests. Even today, we're calling to cancel our policy (as we moved over all the policies to another agency and saved more than $2100 annually) but no one is available to answer the phone for the last 90+ minutes."
